Our story
TREE Studio began over twenty-five years ago in a small school, with a group of educators inspired by research and by what early childhood education could be, if only others could see it and value it too.
Over the years we have watched educators give their all.
They know what children deserve. They know good practice when they see it. And every day they try to hold it all at once, the children in front of them, the notes, the plans, the paperwork, the expectations, with never enough time.
What we saw most was educators who knew what they wanted to do, and struggled to put it into words and into practice. Their care was never in question. Their time was.
We hold high standards, and we love this work. We are all here for the children. Children need to be seen and appreciated for who they are. They should never pay the price for paperwork and expectations. They deserve intentional planning, thoughtful environments, and the research we hold brought to life in their days.
TREE Studio was built for that, rooted in cultivating a community where children, families and educators learn together.
