TREE Studio is offered by Child Family Community, Inc., a California corporation. By using thetreestudio.com or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.

A site in development

TREE Studio is still in development. Pages, tools, content and features may change, be added or be removed as we grow. We work to keep what members rely on available, and we tell members about any large change.

Membership and automatic renewal

A TREE Studio membership is $20 a month or $149 a year, paid through Stripe. It renews automatically at the same price each month or year until you cancel. You agree to this before you pay.

You can cancel any time online. Sign in, open Your account and choose Manage membership. Your access continues until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

We send a reminder once a year with your price, how often you are charged and how to cancel. If the price ever changes, we tell you before the change and you can cancel first.

Your license

As a member, you may use what you print with the children, families and educators in your own program. A membership is for one educator. A school membership covers the number of educators named when it is set up.

You may print as many copies as your program needs.

What is not allowed

You may not share your sign in, resell, post publicly or give away what you print, or use it to build a competing product. You may not remove credits or source citations.

Our content

All writing, photos and designs belong to Child Family Community, Inc. or are used with permission. Outside sources are cited on each piece.

Professional judgment

TREE Studio supports educator reflection and planning. It does not diagnose children or replace advice from medical, therapy or licensing professionals.

Educators remain responsible for the safety and supervision of children, including allergies and food safety.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other sites, such as Bookshop.org and library catalogs. Those sites have their own terms.

Changes

We may update resources and these terms. The date below shows the latest version.

Law

These terms follow the laws of California.
