Cancelling and refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership any time online. Sign in, open Your account and choose Manage membership.

Your access continues until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If you are charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

If something in the library does not work for you, write to us and we will make it right.
